Parts inquiries
We collect the contact details and inventory information you provide, including your name, email, optional company and phone number, location, parts requirements, and any photos or files you attach. We use these to review and respond to your inquiry. Submissions are stored privately and are not automatically published as listings.
Email updates
Signing up is optional and separate from submitting an inquiry. We record your email address, chosen list, interests, and the time you gave consent. We use Brevo to manage mailing lists and send the updates you request. When the mailing-list connection is active, your email address and selected audiences are shared with Brevo. Your interests and consent notes are kept in our private website records. Unsubscribe and delivery-block information is synchronized so we can honor your preferences. You can request removal from our update lists using the form below or the unsubscribe link in a campaign email. The form gives the same confirmation whether or not an address is subscribed.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand visits, traffic sources, and which pages lead to email-list requests or parts inquiries. Analytics may use cookies and collect information about your browser, device, approximate location, and website activity. Our custom inquiry and email-list events contain only the type of request or selected audience; we do not include your name, email address, phone number, inquiry text, or uploaded files in those events. Storage and requests
Submitted information is stored using our website’s hosting and database services. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
To request correction or deletion of an inquiry, message Warehouse Parts Connection on Facebook and include your request reference when available. We may ask you to verify the contact details associated with the request.
